Room Description
Magnolia is an office away from the office, its a meeting room for clients, setup for Zooms and Webinars, and a co-working space all in one!
A large corner desk allows you to spread out, and the double screens allow you to digitally spread your screens!
A small table is perfect for intimate meetings with your clients.
Top this off with good sound, a webcam, and fast WiFi, or even faster ethernet (the fastest in Mundaring).
In the background is a white board to present on.

What can you use Magnolia Room for?
Magnolia room is perfect for small groups, 1-on-1 meetings, online zooms or webinars, or an “office-away-from-the-office” (or kids).
Previously we have hosted writer groups, celebrants, people who attended funerals online, family therapy sessions, photography training, and even writers to finish their book.
How large is Magnolia Room?
Magnolia Room is approximatly 5m by 6m, so large enough to spread your work, but small enough to be up close and personal with your clients.
What faciilties are available in Magnolia Room?
Magnolia Room has a small kitchenette with cold water and a sink. There is also a large corner desk to work from with 2 screens, a webcam, and a whiteboard.
In addition there is a small table with 3 chairs to meet your clients.
The room has fast WiFi and if you want an ethernet connection for even faster internet (unlimited).
How many people can you fit into Magnolia Room?
We recomend a maximum of 4 people for Magnolia Room.
HOW do I make a booking?
All our spaces are online using SpaceToCo, the benefits are:
- YOU control your booking INSTANTLY

- YOU get an email confirming all details
Simply click on the "Check Availbility & Book" buttons below the spaces for hire, this will:
- Open the Space To Co website
- Click on "Book" button
- Enter Booking Date, Start and Finish Time
- Read the total cost, click "Start Booking"
- Add extra items (Optional), click "Continue"
- Sign up (enter phone number, address and payment details, Click "Add Card" (if first payment)
OR Login (if returning) - Click "Submit Booking"
Thats it, your done, easy peasy!
Can I re-schedule?
YES, off course, please use the links in your email to reschedule your booking.
Uhoh, I need to cancel!
Not a single worry, you can completely do this, yourself, Open the email we sent you and :
- Go to your Booking Dashboard here
- Click on your booking
- Click on "Options" on the right top
- Click on "Cancel booking"
- Complete "Reason" (optional)
- DONE!
Our cancellation policy
Get a 100% refund (minus booking fee) on cancellations up until 5 days before your booking. After that, cancel and you get a 75% refund.
- Booking Confirmed - 100% refund available (minus booking fee)
- 5 Days Before Booking Start Time - Free Cancellation Ends, vancel and get a 75% refund from this point on.
- After Booking Start Time - Booking cannot be cancelled after the start time.
Booking Fee Info
If the booking is cancelled for any reason after being submitted, the booking fee of 2.5% of the booking total (minimum $1/booking) is non-refundable. The total booking cost, including the booking fee, will be refunded if we decline this booking.
Off course we suggest to re-schedule if thats possible for you.
Are all your facilities Wheel Chair Accesible?
YES! parking is easy at the back of our driveway, then a short path will lead you to a ramp from where you can access the hall, the doors are large french doors so you can open them to a large wasy entry.
The door of our rooms are accesible, however unfortunatly there is a step (we are working on this).
Can you do cateringin the room / hall?
We'd love to!
We can cater:
- From our cafe menu
- You can order from our full menu using a QR code during cafe opening hours
- We will deliver to your rooms at your required time
- You can open an account for your customers
- Platters in your room
- We would be delighted to help you with sharing platters setup in HH for your events, just contact us here for catering

Can you clean for me?
YES, we have a cleaner available for an extra fee, this needs to be booked well in advance and with your booking.
Get I get an invoice?
After booking your will not only get a "wecome" email, but also a receipt of your booking with all details on there.
